Bridging the Gap - Building, Investing, and Informing our Youth Workforce

The purpose of this roundtable discussion is to bring together prominent figures in our community to discuss a variety of characteristics and qualifications needed to gain sustainable employment. The objective of this discussion is to inform and educate our organization on what an ideal employee would look like in the eyes of an employer. This luncheon is designed as an opportunity for our youth and staff to make connections, ask questions, and learn job readiness skills from a diverse group of employers.
